For sure (unless you are running your SATA Controllers in IDE mode)! Why do you think, that these drivers maybe do not work with your laptop?

I think he wants to know if it will run on a laptop because on the site it just says for desktops and list them. There's no mention of laptops. I installed it on my laptop and it's working great. I can't confirm if Trim is working cause I don't how to confirm it.
