Hey everyone,

Good news (just in time for the holidays)! We have released the new version of the http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=18455 Intel® SSD Toolbox (version 1.2) which fixes the issue with the Intel® SSD Optimizer.

Even if shadow copy is disabled the drive may still has shadow copy temp files on it. Go into your folder options and enable show hidden files and enable show hidden operating system files and look at the contents of the drive. See if there are any shadow copy files or folders on there. Also check your temp folders for those files.

Hello,

unfortunately not. The doc only explains it for Windows XP __64__ bit.

Not for Windows XP __32__ bit...

Bye

rick, I have checked that already - absolutely no shadow copies on the drive.

I guess this bug is actually not directly related to the shadow copy service.

I have the same problem here, WinXP Pro 32bit, Intel SSDSA2M160G2GC, Firmware 2CV102HD. Any help from Intel so far? Is there a bug tracking system?

Cheers, bselu
