How to find folders/files with most write activity so I can redirect some of this to hdd with junction points?

How to find folders/files with most write activity so I can redirect some of this to hdd with junction points? I know for temp files, iexplore cache...But in windows 7 is allot more which I can redirect and save ssd life.
