It's a bit difficult to give you the exact link to the audio driver you are after since there are 4 Intel boards with the D845E chipset and also we do not know the operating system you are using. From the following link you can select Discontinued products then Intel 845 Chipset Based Desktop Boards>> then you will see the 4 intel boards that have the D845E chipset. You can go on each of these board support page and try to download the audio drivers based on your operating system. Try the drivers available from each of these 4 boards and see if you managed to get the correct one.

Also please make sure you are using on-board audio, if you have pci audio card then this one will not work, you will have to look on the manufacturer's website for driver support.
