How do I enable TRIM on LION OSX on my Intel X-25M?

Hi guys!I've an Intel X-25M SSD (80GB) model and would like to enable TRIM on Lion.- I have readed a lot about this, and noted that on Lion, Apple is only enabling TRIM on Apple SSD hardware.- Do I really need to enable TRIM or X-25M does not need it...

How do I register my SSD with Intel? I can't find that anywhere on the Intel website. How will they know my purchase date if I need warranty service?
