We are working to get through the open cases that were migrated from Intel systems and desire to make contact with you, to assure you we have your case!

To assist us, you may post your Intel case number in the forums. This can speed up making contact with you. Along with that, if you have opened a case with Solidigm and it relates to or duplicates a case from Intel, please provide that as well. That way we can merge them and have one conversation.
