Intel P3600 NVMe 2.5" pauses between write bursts

HelloI am testing 2 Intel P3600 400 GB in RAID 0 as cache volumes on linux CentOS 7. During a random write benchmark with iozone I notice frequent long pauses where NOTHING gets written to diskAm I the only one seeing this?Regards
