Returning Intel 750 with data.

Hello all. I have a warranty claim to return a broken Intel 750 with its Led a steady Red. However I am concerned regarding the personal data in the drive. I cannot erase it because the drive is no longer functioning. Does anyone know how this data will be handled? Will the data be erased or the drive destroyed?

Thank you for your responses.

Hello J.Artus,

Once your SSD reaches our depot, it will be visually inspected and in-processed. After this, all data will be erased and your drive will then either be flagged for testing or destroyed. We hope this puts your mind at ease. But let us know if you have any additional questions.Best regards,Carlos A.
