Is it normal to have lost 1% condition only after 120 days of use and the SSD is always in high temperature and this even if the case of the PC is opened?

Hello Anonymus,

We understand your SSD is showing a decrease in health after only a few months and the temperature is always high. We would like to know if you can share a screenshot of the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26837/Intel-Solid-State-Drive-Toolbox?v=t Intel® Solid-State Drive Toolbox, showing the health status.About the temperature, can you check if the BIOS of your system shows the actual temperature?Using the Intel® Solid-State Drive Toolbox, please make sure the drive is in the latest firmware version: PSF121CWe'll be waiting for your response.Regards,Nestor C
