Intel SSD 750 series red light of death help

KSwis

I have a 750 series 400gb drive which was working fine until this morning it came up with the "INTELNVMEDRIVELOCKFREEZE" on booting. Within windows it's not showing up at all, and I have tried the Tool kit and it's also not showing up on there neither. My MSI board is just stating it's not recognized. I have also noticed the Yellow flashing activity light change to a solid red light. Not sure whats going on. I am also using a 750 400GB M.2 as my main drive as the card was added in just a month ago Your help would be gladly appreciated!

KainSwiss,

According to this online documentation:http://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/public/us/en/documents/product-specifications/ssd-750-spec.pdf Intel® Solid State Drive 750 Series - Product Specificiation - go to the very last page. It says that a solid red led indicates that the drive is in disabled logical state. For this particular situation, it is recommended to contact our support either via phone or chat for live assistance from one of out technicians. For your convenience, here is the link to our support: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-support.html Contact Intel Support then select "Intel® Solid State Driver" and choose the best option available in your region.Best regards,Aleki

Much appreciated Aleki.

I found this out last night and submitted a warranty return, as I have suspected the drive is damaged . Thanks for the quick response
