Hi ,

I have run the AS SSD Bench mark & I can see the low

Initially this was the test result.

It is getting slower and slower.

I have attached the File from Intel SSD toobox

Hello randomaccess,

Please use Intel® SSD Toolbox and run the Intel® SSD optimizer function to your drive, then check if this improves the behavior.

Also, check if TRIM is enabled in Windows*. Open a Command Prompt with Administrative privileges and executer the following command:

fsutil behavior query DisableDeleteNotify

If the result is '0', it means that TRIM is enabled.

If the issue persists, please consider the following:

Have you tried running standard maintenance tools on your drive? (Disk cleanup and Error-checking)

Have you noticed any other issues on the system? Application issues, check for viruses, etc.

I used the Intel SSD Optimizer, Trim is enabaled. I have done the full virus scan, it was clean.

Windows is unusable , it is freezing all the time, probably waiting to finish writing something.

I cloned the disk on to another SSD which is attached to a areca ARC-1882X Controller Card. I booted from the SATA SSD.

Windows is running smoothly & everything is back to normal.

Here is the benchmark. You can notice Intel 750 is D Drive. You can notice 4K-64Thrd is way too low.

There is definitely something wrong with the Intel 750 PCIE NVME SSD. I am planning to return it if there is no resolution found.

I had faced a similiar problem with Samsung 840 Evo drive for which Samsung released a fix. It was to do more with the read than write.

Here I think it is the write problem.

I deleted everything from the SSD, I used the Intel Optimizer & left it running for 24 hours, but there is no major improvement.
