Intel 600p firmware update for linux?

GMill7

Hi

Any way to find out if there will be a fix for the issue below with the 600P?

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1402533 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1402533

I waited to May but the recent firmware update didn't include the 600P; stayed at v109C

Starting to think I should be asking for a refund

Geoffrey

Thank you.

PS: I wish that FAQ had been available when I purchased the drive in February

Hello Geoffrey.Mills,

Hi Carlos,

I'm trying to install Elementary OS (Ubuntu based OS), but the SSD doesn't appear.

I'm finding only now that the issue is the OS... I was going mad. Sounds like an issue from the previous century

Any plan to make it available for Linux distributions?

Thanks
