The intel 510 on my laptop spontaneously stopped working one day, and would not boot. When i took it out and tested it on another computer, Disk management shows it as *Unallocated* and *Not Initialized*. Attempting to enable the drive does not work as i get a cyclic redundancy error. Is this drive just completely dead now? Strangely my last intel 510, which the current drive came as a replacement to died gradually over a week or so while this one was instant.
I recommend you contact your laptop manufacturer or your nearest Intel® Customer Support center for assistance. You can find contact information for Intel Customer Support at http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/contactsupport http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/contactsupport.
