My ssd 600p is recognized by the BIOS but not Disk Management in Windows 7. How do I get the computer to read the second hard drive?

I have up plugged and re-plugged it in and I have played around with it in the BIOS directly, but still cannot get it to work. Are there any other tricks, or am I screwed?

Resolved! Good afternoon, I have 1tb ssd 540s M2. It is blocked by ATA password. How do i make a secure erase? Intel SSD Toolbox gives an error message. My OS Windows 7 64bit, intel Nuc.
