  1. You are giving very little information. Please give more details.
  2. Was the 660p SSD working before or it is new installation?
  3. Is the 660p recognized in Bios? If not, please remove it from the socket and install again. Verify the Bios settings.
  4. If the 660p is recognized in Bios, please attach image of Disk Management to your post.

In the SSU report I can see that you have Samsung 970 EVO 500 GB SSD installed. Do you have two SSD on your system?

Yes I do, my motherboard supports two m.2 drives

  1. You are giving very little information. Please give more details.
  2. Was the 660p SSD working before or it is new installation?
  3. Is the 660p recognized in Bios? If not, please remove it from the socket and install again. Verify the Bios settings.
