incomplete downloads filling ssd up

I have been downloading huge files and for some reason my computer shuts down before they are finished and they are filling up my 80 gb ssd How can I delete them can't even find them

Hello, I recommend you to download the toolbox v2.0 from the following link:

once you install this toolbox I suggest to run under: Intel® Solid State Drive Management Tools: Intel® Solid State Drive Optimizer and System Configuration Tuner this should help with this problem.

If the issue persist I suggest to perform a secure erase (please back up your information since all the content of the Solid State Drive will be erased) then try to test the Solid State Drive again.
