Downloaded Solidigm Storage Tool (Intel® branded NAND SSDs) and installed manually. No, problem observed. Working as expected.
Checked on NUC8i7HVK, SSD 760P, Windows 11 Pro (without third party Antivirus).

You should verify that the SATA Mode in BIOS is set to AHCI, rather than RAID or Intel RST... The AHCI should be the default SATA mode. The other two modes should be used only for RAID configuration or Optane Memory.

While you installing Windows 10 on Intel NVMe drive no additional driver is required. Instead of using the installation media you bought, prepare new installation USB using Microsoft Media Creation Tool.
Follow Clean Install Window...
