Where/how is the P4600 4tb ssd purchased? The university would like to buy several for a new deployment

I cant seem to find the P4600 4TB ssd in the usual retail channels. We have a new deployment use case that would make this drive an ideal fit. Will you please tell me how I can hand you or a retailer a dump truck full of university cash to purchase 18 of these drives?
