Hi Tech,
part#SSDPE2KX040T801
Our customer bought 3 pcs and found 1 out of 3 pcs can't be identified by PC.
See attached pictures for comparison. For NG part, screenshot shows network is disconnected, not sure if it will affect it or not.
Could you help check and advise if part defective or any other reason?
Thanks.

Jun,
While we have support for translating posts to English, we can't do the same with images that include non-English text. If you can paste the text - as text - into a message, then we can handle it. Otherwise, well, there's really no point in attaching them; it's as much of a waste of your time as it is ours.
Sorry, reality bites,

Hi Tech,
Thanks for your feedback.
I will explain two attached images as below, hope it helps.
The two images are screenshot of PC, one is for good part and the other is for "NG" part. For "OK" part, you can find SSD is identified by PC with red circle. But for "NG" part, it can't be identified by PC.
The customer wants to know if this part defective or any other reason?
Thanks.

Hello JLiu18,
Thank you for contacting Intel® Memory and Storage support.
As we understand, you need assistance with an Intel® SSD DC P4510 Series. If we infer correctly, we will appreciate it if you can provide us with the following information:
• Your system configuration, including manufacturer, model, and part number of all your system components and a copy of the SSU logs obtained from the system.
1- Go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/ and download the software.
2- When finished downloading it, open it.
3- Attach the file obtained to your reply post.
• We will like to know if you have tried to connect the Intel® SSD DC P4510 Series to a different system.
• Does the PC can recognize the drive in the BIOS?
• We will like to know if your customer is using any external hardware, or if this drive is connected directly to the Motherboard.
• A screenshot of the “Disk Management” showing all the storage devices. To access the disk manager, you can choose from the following two ways:
# 1: Open it from the Quick Access Menu.
o Right-click the bottom-left corner (or Start button) on the desktop to open Quick Access Menu, and then choose Disk Management.
# 2: Access Disk Management via Run.
o Use Windows+R to open Run, type “diskmgmt.msc” in the empty box, and tap OK.
We will be looking forward to your reply including this information.
