Hi, I have an issue here with an S3500 120GB.
I cannot change MaximumLBA or any settings, I am receiving this error:C:\isdct>isdct.exe set -intelssd 0 PhySpeed=1.5
Warning: The number of SCT saves remaining has reached 0. Settings will NOT persist over power-cycle!
And indeed, settings are lost on power cycle.
Also, trying to update firmware I get:Firmware: D201FJ14
FirmwareUpdateAvailable: Please contact your Intel representative about firmware update for this drive.
ModelNumber: INTEL SSDSC2BB120G4C
Unfortunately I don't have an Intel representative as this drive was bought on ebay on a great deal.
Could you please advise what I can do to change SCTs on this drive ?Thank you

PRoland,
Checking all this information, the firmware of your SSD currently is: D201FJ14, the latest firmware version from Intel is: D2012370.
For the SSD you have, it suggests it is Fujitsu's* as you can verify on the firmware version ...FJ14, this means the disc is "locked" by Fujitsu* and they are the ones providing an updated version, as for us, you won't be able to use our tools or software to change anything on the disc.
Let us know if you require anymore assistance.

I can cross flash it. Is there a way I can retrieve the D2012370 fw file?
