As part of our annual compliance data collection exercise, Penguin Solutions (SMART Modular) is currently collecting the latest Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) and Extended Minerals Reporting Template (EMRT) from our suppliers.
We kindly request your cooperation in submitting your completed declarations no later than July 28, 2026.
Please provide below template:
- CMRT Version 6.5 or latest Version 6.6
- EMRT Version 2.1 or latest Version 2.11
Suppliers may submit either the requested versions or the latest available versions.
If you are unable to provide a complete declaration by the stated deadline, please reply to this email with the reason for the delay and your expected submission date.
*For label, packaging, and document suppliers:
Please submit your CMRT and EMRT indicating “No 3TG” and “No Cobalt/Copper/Graphite/Lithium/Mica/Nickel” in the “Declaration” tab, and kindly return the completed templates to us.
