intel toolbox won't start in xp

toolbox use to function but now it wont start. i install reinstall numerous time but wont start... when i click on the toolbox icon i see the hourglass for a fraction of second but wont start... i am using xp everything is update anyone can help me thanks

Since you already reinstalled Intel® SSD Toolbox the cause of the issue should be something else.

Please try repairing your installation of Microsoft*'s .NET Framework. Usually such option is available in newer versions of Windows*; however, you may search for it in Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel. Otherwise, you may need to uninstall and reinstall .NET Framework.

Perhaps rolling back with Windows* System Restore may help. Otherwise, it might be related to the operating system itself.
