Intel SSD 335 serie 180Go crash and disapear from bios

Hi,

My computer often crash with a BSOD, when I restart, the computer does not boot onto SSD.

When I enter the bios, the SSD is missing.

I have to manually go into manual boot selection and select the SSD from this list to start booting normaly. It works fine each reboot until the next crash.

I already returned the disk to intel that replaced it with a brand new without solving the issue. (It might have been less often for a while)

Configuration :

Core I5 4670

ASUS H87-PRO C2

Intel Solid-State Drive 530 Series 120 Go

Crucial 8*2 Go DDR3 1600 CL9

Thanks for your help.

Here is a screenshot of the diagnostics anyway : https://s10.postimg.org/ydjarlt61/Sans_titre.png https://s10.postimg.org/ydjarlt61/Sans_titre.png

And the smart details : https://s15.postimg.org/q0a0wv6uz/Sans_titre.png https://s15.postimg.org/q0a0wv6uz/Sans_titre.png

Copy and paste urls, your forum doesn't make functionnal links

Thanks for your help.

Hi Slivo,

Thanks for the information provided. It seems your SSD is fine, at least for SMART details and diagnostics, the BSODs may be related to something else, could be drivers, files corruption, etc...We suggest maybe running a secure erase and re-installing of the OS, in case you have not tried it yet. Please let us know.Regards,NC

Well,

Don't you think the issue would have been solved when I fully reinstalled my system on first SSD replacement if it was the case ?

Even if the system was totaly fucked up, how would it disapear from the bios ?

Is it Windows 10? What AHCI driver version are you using? Did you instal mobo drivers from Asus support site? Consider checking for BIOS update.

I'm on windows 10, and installed drivers from asus when I first installed the system.

Just installed the latest AHCI driver from asus website.

I did a bios update when I started this thread.
