Intel 750 ssd PCI-E Add In Card x3 with Intel 2600CP4?

I was looking into purchasing 3 of the new Intel 750 SSD PCI-E Add In Cards but was wondering if maximum performance can be achieved when using them with the Intel 2600CP4 Server board. It has PCI-E Gen3. Though 5x 8-lanes (instead of 4) - this shouldn't be a problem right? secondly is there any chipset related specs I should be looking out for to determine compatibility?

Hello B.Bakker,

The board is ok but is recommended that you check for UEFI support.

Server OS'es are not supported with this SSD.
