There is nothing you can do. There is no master password.

If there was some (published) master/default password that would unlock the drive (and reset the password), then this encryption service wouldn't be very secure, would it? Any drive that offered a way to unlock/reset the drive (even with contents lost) is one that I personally would *never* purchase.
