Create I/O queue or delete I/O queue like that.

Please help us to understand your question better. Are you asking about the Linux I/O scheduler? If that is the case, it is important that you know that any of the I/O schedulers work, but a simple scheduler is best. There is no need to use schedulers that attempt to minimize seek time since SSDs have the same performance no matter where the data is located on the drive.
