How do I activate Opal on Intel Pro 2500 SSD?

I have an Intel Pro 2500 SSD.eDrive is enabled I know with windows 8 when u install the OS is automatically activates Opal and provisions drive as part of installation. I have Windows 10 installed but when I did it, it did not activate Opal. Does this not work with Windows 10?
