That is C drive and trying to up grade my windows 7 to windows 8.1 and the download gets so for and reverts back to windwos 7. I think this has to do with my intel ssd being my c drive. Do I need wipe mu ssd clean if you think this is the problem how do you reformat or wipe an intel ssd drive clean?
