Hi there,
I got a SSD drive from intel. I wanted to upgrade my firmware and it does not work.
According to the software it last the "connection" with the X server with status or error 22.
What is causing this problem?

Anon.,
We understand the firmware cannot be performed on your SSD and you are getting an error on it.
First of all we would like to know what is the model of SSD you have and the Operating System, also have you tried to use the Intel® Solid State Drive Toolbox or the Intel® SSD Data Center Tool?
Here are the links for those programs just in case: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/18455/Intel-Solid-State-Drive-Toolbox Download Intel® Solid State Drive Toolbox and https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/23931/Intel-Solid-State-Drive-Data-Center-Tool Download Intel® SSD Data Center Tool.
Please let us know.

Hi,
You understand wrong. It does not start up so i can not interact with the device. I used windows 10 to prepare the software.
This is what I used:
- Windows 10 Professional
- Pendrivelinux.com (UUI.exe) -> Recommended by intel
- Your software (which doesn't work)
When I boot up the computer and start from usb it's going to load it software and then the error occurs.
Maybe this is much clearer.

I used this software https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/18363/Intel-SSD-Firmware-Update-Tool Download Intel® SSD Firmware Update Tool
I do not use windows on it so no upgrade possible.
I run Linux (ubuntu gnome 15.10 64 bit) on it. No windows.
