What minimum cluster size provides Intel for its SSDrives ?
I know, 4kb is standard, but can I make it smaller ?

Thanks for posting. We understand that you want to know what's the minimum cluster/sector size for Intel® Solid State Drives.
The minimum cluster size for our drives is 512 bytes, which is also the default size for most of our models. Please bear in mind that not all the models can change their sector size.
Are you interested in any particular Intel® Solid State Drive model? We might be able to provide more details for a specific drive.

Thanks for the answer. I'm also interested in specifications for 525 and DC series P4600 of Intel SSDs.

Both Intel® DC SSD P4600 and Intel® SSD 525 Sector Size is 512 bytes (not modifiable).
