the Intel Solid-State Drive Toolbox sees the drive, but does not see any partitions.
The SMART Details are all green except for 1.
SMART ID B8 is red
Raw = 16777215
Normalized = 0
Threshold = 90
Under action it says to contact local Intel Rep.
The firmware update tool indicates that the firmware is up to date.
Any idea how to access data on drive?

Thanks for sharing the solution applied to backup the data.As for the SSD, we recommend running a https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000022179/memory-and-storage.html secure erase on it to make sure there are no traces of corrupted or damaged files.Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.Best regards,Eugenio F.
