Is this for Intel manufactured motherboards? I have an Asus P5Q Deluxe. I have installed an earlier leaked version 9.5.6.1001 with no problems.

Yes. the download page for the "chipset" section was updated a few days ago. the downloads it first appeared under the intel desktop board pages, which is where the first page of this thread links to IIRC. now, it's listed under the general chipset area, so for various boards with intel chipsets.

(the actual downloads are the same; they just have different download pages and filenames)

The new RST driver is for any motherboard with the right Intel Chipset. (check the list of chipsets supported in the README file you get during the download)
