Disclaimer: This thread is not about the implementation of trim, or the operation of trim, or infact about trim at all.
I use a Thinkpad T60 and have just bought a new G2 drive. In a week or so after all this mess has been resolved, I want to install Win7 on my new disk. My question is am i better off running the default MS driver and having native trim, or installing the latest IMSM driver from Lenovo/T60 and setting the toolbox to optimize once a day?

I have the same question. Or is it better to run the RST drivers and then do a manual TRIM since I hear people getting quite a bit of performance boost from the RST drivers
