Is this a counterfeit or real Intel SSD? I can't find any info on it. Please advise!

I can't find anything on this model number and the sticker with the information looks different than all the other 320 series ones I have seen. Please advise.

judging by the HP PN: i'd say it's from a hewlett packard system of some sort. OEM might have a different label to Retail drives; I'm not sure.

Where'd you get it?

From the picture and looking at the model number it looks like it is a HP drive.

The pictured drive is an Intel Solid State Drive sold to HP.
