I got Bad_CTX after flashing the new firmware 4PC10362. what can I do?

I just bought the brand new intel 320 SSD 120G last week. It worked well before I flashed its firmware to 4PC10362. Just two days after I flashed it, I got the Bad_CTX error. So what can I do? I am in Australia. Don't tell me to return it to USA intel!

Could you use the Intel SSD Toolbox?

Thank you for your reply.

The SSD is not bootable( just 8M capacity). So I can't use the Intel SSD Toolbox with the SSD on my laptop.
