How can I update SSD under Linux

The firmware seems only have Windows version, how can I update that under Linux????

Download and burn 0811036202M388208850.ISO as an image to a CD (or extract it and load it onto a bootable USB drive).

There is a basic OS included with the image that will load to allow the update.
