The firmware seems only have Windows version, how can I update that under Linux????

Just burn the iso file (firmware) boot from cdrom.... its all the same which system you have

But there are only "iSSDFUT.exe" and "README.TXT", it can't be execute under Linux?

For intel controller ssd (320, x25) there is just iso file, duno for 510 model which use marvel controller

Boot off the CD that you're created from the .iso firmware update file.
You're not suppose to run those .exe from under Linux.
