Can't run SSD Optimizer, it displays an error message.

Hello.I'm using some X25-Vs for my subsystems and my family's.But I found that I can't run SSD optimizer on some of them.All my SSDs' firmwares are up to date, and I tried all the versions of Toolbox(1.1, 2.02, 3.0).On AMD 780G system, it works well....
