Hi folks,
Does anyone know if the Intel 1.8" SSDs (SSDSA1MH160G201) are compatible and fit into HP2540Ps that use the 1.8" inch drive space?
Thanks in advance.

Not sure.... but it comes in 1.8" hard drive form factor and is 5mm thick. What are the dimensions of the existing drive?

I was told by Crucial that their RealSSD C300 CTFDDAA128MAG-1G1 1.8" 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) was compatible and the size of it is 78.5 x 54.0 x 5.0 mm and I was told by Kingston that their drive Kingston SSDNow V+ 180 SVP180S2/128G was also compatible and it is 54 x 78.5 x 5 mm

Hi,
Yes, that drive fits without problems. I have a HP2530P with that drive. The HP2540P is an evolution of the same laptop.
