Where do they get those early, unofficial versions? They must have a deal with someone at a mother board factory in China...

Why do you assume new will always be better? IRST 11.5 was new at one time, and now it is gone. IRST 11.6 and 11.7, when used on boards with enabled, add on SATA controllers, can't run the IRST UI. Then again, it does work fine with a certain OS...

IRST version 12... are meant for use with the new Intel 8 series chipsets, is that what you have?

no. my config = i7 3770k, Asus Maximus V Formula, G.Skill TridentX DDR3 Dual Channel kit (2x4GB modules) 2400MHz PC3-19200, NV680GTX

but I have four additional port SATA 6 Gb / s ASMedia ASM1061, If I use them - IRST not start - that's my problem and I want to solve it.... = use IRST 11.2.0.1006

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 is not able to properly execute Trim = only IRST can do it

In my case IRST UI crashed with enabled Marvell 88SE6121 controller with Silicon Image Sil5723 port multiplier in RAID0 mode and native MS Windows 7 x64 driver installed for it.

I have found solution as described here (installed Marvell RAID controller driver instead of MS Windows driver):

Try to install the latest driver (version 1.3.9.000 05.02.2013) for your ASMedia ASM1061 controller:
