Hi vukomir, I was wondering if your issue could be similar to the one described here:

You may also try testing the Intel® SSD in a different system if you have the chance.

Hi,

I but a intel ssd 530 and added on a dell latitude E6430 I5 6G ram, when tested the performance with AS SSD Benchmark the results was very bad

i have attached a image with the results.

also with Crystal Disk Mark the same.

i have made the last firmware update to the SSD and to the bios from the laptop. AHCI is enabled in bios.

windows 7 was cloned from a hdd to SSD with easeus disk copy. I did this in the past with no problems.

dose anyone know what can the problem be?

Thanks.

AS SSD Benchmark seems to show the partition alignment is proper. Could you post ATTO Benchmark screenshot? Check if the NTFS file system compression is enabled - file system compression can give that odd benchmark results.
