topic x25m 120gb to 335 series 240gb in Solid State Drives (NAND)

The more I look into this the more conflicting information I get, So I pose this question, what do you believe are the steps needed to take to migrate from the x25 120Gb SSD to my new 335 Series 240Gb SSD drive? I am running WIN7 64bit, my 120Gb drive has about 15Gb available. Concernes are I do not want to do a fresh WIN7 install, alignment, SSD tools versions, TRIM. Thanks
