Hi mechcalvin,
Thanks for the reply. The reason why we suggested to update the BIOS to the latest is that as per http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-3127593/fix-windows-bad-pool-caller.html this article, it could be a possible solution based on your BSOD error message "BAD_POOL_CALLER".If that does not fix your issue, you can try the other steps suggested in the article. Also, have you tested the Intel® SSD 760p Series on a different system? is it detected? NOTE: Any links provided for third party tools or sites are offered for your convenience and should not be viewed as an endorsement by Intel® of the content, products, or services offered there. We do not offer support for any third party tool mentioned here.We look forward to hearing back from you.Regards,Junior M.

... it seems you avoid the problem and focus on the minor thing, i shouldn't say anything about the msi board at all.

the key problem is when i use asus board, that can recognise 760p, can install windows, but it will freeze and bsod watching youtube video, that's the issue, switch to samsung ssd, problem go away. (all latest driver)

anyway, i shouldn't expect any answer from here. thanks
