topic Can't get Data Migration Software to work for two new Intel SSD drives in Solid State Drives (NAND)

Today I purchased a Intel SSD 520 Series 180GB drive to replace my Intel SSD 330 120GB drive. Both are connected to the Intel SATA-3 Controller on my Asus Sabertooth X79 motherboard. The Data Migration Software does not recognize the drives as genuine Intel and my only option is to cancel the installation. Why? I have tried running the setup in compability-mode.

Does the drive show up in the device manager under "Disk drives" as something starting with the text string "INTEL" followed by an alphanumeric product ID? The data migration software checks the device ID to determine if the destination drive is an Intel product.
