Hello Ajinta,
We understand your computer does not post when the Intel® SSD Data Center P3500 is connected. We would like to help you with this situation and first we will need some information:-What is the current BIOS version installed in your motherboard?-Was this SSD working before? Or is the first time you try it?-Have you tried the SSD in a different computer? We will be waiting for your response on this.Regards,NC

Hello I managed to find a solution:

Cover one pin with insulation tape:

/message/308271 https://communities.intel.com/message/308271

It aint exactly official one but this might be the fact that my drive is intended for server boards and not gaming ones like my Maximus viii ranger is...I have latest bios from 2 weeks ago...now with covered pin SSD works like a bomb...it is decetcted normaly both by bios and windows...and speeds are up to specifications after driver update in device maneger...I am happy now, alto I never did something like that before especialy not on such hardware.

Hello Ajinta,
That is actually not an official way to fix your situation; even though it worked fine. As you stated, we do not recommend the fix and it is also important to keep in mind that these type of drives are intended to be installed in server systems, due to the features these drives come with.We will be checking this further with our engineering department and we may reply back with some updates.Regards,NC

Hello Ajinta,
After doing in-depth research we believe the reason behind this issue is that the system you use may not support the 3.3Vaux signal. This is an auxiliary voltage that is required for those systems/boards who support the PCIe WAKE# signal; and implementation of this signal is optional for system manufacturers... You must check with the board manufacturer whether this signal is being used or not. More details about this auxiliary voltage and WAKE# signal can be found in the PCIe Spec http://composter.com.ua/documents/PCI_Express_Base_Specification_Revision_3.0.pdf Here Other sources: http://read.pudn.com/downloads166/ebook/758109/PCI_Express_CEM_1.1.pdf http://cds.linear.com/docs/en/design-note/dn346f.pdfPlease let us know if you require any more information.Regards,NC
