Hello,
Using the two form factors of the Intel® SSD 750 Series is a valid configuration. As mentioned before, there is a possible limitation regarding RAID support. To our knowledge, motherboards based on the Intel® X99 chipset, such as the Asus* ROG Rampage V Edition 10, are not capable of performing RAID with NVME* drives, therefore, we advise you to confirm with http://www.asus.com/us/support/ Asus Support if your motherboad supports what you are trying to achieve. If the storage controller cannot do RAID with NVME* SSD's, you can always perform software RAID with the OS, however, this is not possible with bootable drives.Regards,Jonathan

Hello KillerSystems,

We understand you would like to know if it is possible to do RAID 0 with the Intel® SSD 750 Series in the Asus* Rampage V Edition 10.

First, we would like to let you know that the use of an M.2 slot for NVMe* SSD's depends on the Computer Manufacturer. The 750's are PCIe* NVMe* drives and they are available in two different form factors:

- 2.5 inch: that normally is connected to the PC using a U.2 compatible connector (some motherboards may use a M.2 to U.2 adapter).
- Add-in-card, Half-height, half length. It uses a Single slot x4 connector.

http://ark.intel.com/products/series/79678/Intel-SSD-750-Series http://ark.intel.com/products/series/79678/Intel-SSD-750-Series
http://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/public/us/en/documents/product-specifications/ssd-750-spec.pdf http://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/public/us/en/documents/product-specifications/ssd-750-spec.pdf

In regards to RAID, to our knowledge the Intel® X99 chipset does not perform RAID with NVMe* drives, since the drives are mapped to the CPU. You might want to confirm with http://www.asus.com/us/support/ Asus* Support about this, since this configuration may vary between motherboards.
To do RAID with NVMe* SSD's, you need the drives to be mapped to the chipset, or to a storage controller that supports this feature. For example, motherboards with Intel® Z710 Chipset or newer may have specific U.2 connectors, or PCIe* Slots mapped to the chipset, which allows RAID using Intel® Rapid Storage Technology.

Regards,
Jonathan
