According to your post, the SSD is getting around 120 MB/s sequential write, we would like to ask you, what application are you using to test the SSD?Here are the http://ark.intel.com/products/94420/Intel-SSD-540s-Series-120GB-2_5in-SATA-6Gbs-16nm-TLC specs of the drive, where you can check the estimated sequential read & write. Thanks for answering. The software was used AS SSD Benchmark 1.9.5986 . According to the specifications intel page sequential write speed dberia be 400mb / s . The bios was set to AHCI mode before installing Windows x64 and intel® Solid State Drive Toolbox according to the firware is updated .
