pro 2500 speed at 1.5gb/s

We have 4 pro 2500 (ssdsc2bf480a5) running in a raid 10. Three of the pro 2500 are running at 6gb/s and one is not. The one that is not running at 6gb/s has a fw of TG20

The raid card is startech pcie sata 3 6Gbps - pexsat34rh

Wondering whats up and if updating the firmware will help.

We understand there is one Intel® Solid State Drive Pro 2500 is not running at the correct speed, also that one comes with firmware version: TG20.

We always recommend to have the latest firmware updated in our SSDs, so you may want to update it with either https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/18455/Intel-Solid-State-Drive-Toolbox Download Intel® Solid State Drive Toolbox or https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/18363/Intel-SSD-Firmware-Update-Tool Download Intel® SSD Firmware Update Tool, please try that and let us know if it worked. The latest firmware version is TG21.
