PragneshVirani,

The Intel® Solid State Drive 335 Series does not utilize drivers. You can check if your SSD is running the latest firmware by using this tool: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/18363/Intel-SSD-Firmware-Update-Tool Intel® SSD Firmware Update Tool - As for the reads and writes, we were wondering if you could try this tool: http://www.iometer.org/doc/downloads.html IOMeter*

According to the http://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/public/us/en/documents/product-specifications/ssd-535-spec.pdf Intel® Solid State Drive 335 Series - Product Specification the sustained sequential read is up to 540MB/s and for the sustained sequential write is up to 490MB/s

Below is how you can use IOMeter* efficiently:

Step # 1

Step # 2

Step # 3

Step # 4

Let us know if this helped you.

Hello,

We have 240GB,Intel 535 Series SSD.We installed Windows 7 professional 64-bit on it and it is working fine. But when we run burn in test (read/write in cyclic pattern) it shows "Error while reading from the disk".

So we want to know, what could be the reason for that? Do we need to install any drivers for SSD?

Our system configuration is:

CPU Type: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2667 v3 @ 3.20GHz X 2 //Dual CPUs

Motherboard Name: X10DAI

Motherboard Version: 1.01

Total Physical Memory: 65411MB Kingston RAM

BIOS Manufacturer: American Megatrends Inc

SSD: INTEL SSDSC2BW240H6 , 240GB, Intel 535 Series

Operating System: Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit

Please help to solve our problem.

Thanks in advance!

Regards,

Pragnesh Virani
