Cannot check warranty status for SSD

The check warranty function for SSD seem like doesn't works already. The search results doesn't show the serial number i have entered, and return negative result. Besides, i had tried to enter both the ISN and Serial No in order to check but the result is same.

I had tried for many times already. All possible action also tested~ Please check the function whether still working? Since the output doesn't show the corresponding value..

By using this, i can retrieve the warranty info~ So, i guess the search function for SSD got problem.
